a). Shipping policy:
(1) Customers have a choice of
shipping.
USPS
(United States Postal Service) (Tracking included)
Any order from $0 to $44.99 will be
charged a flat fee of $1.99 with USPS.
Any order from $45.00 or
more will receive FREE shipping with USPS.
PLEASE BE ADVISED we cannot guarantee
a time frame for delivery with USPS but
packages can and may take from one day to a week and a half
depending on your location.
UPS

Ground:
- Any order from $0 to $64.99 will be charged a flat fee of $4.99 with
UPS.
- Any order from $65.00 to $74.99 will
be charged a flate fee of 2.99 with UPS.

Any order from $75.00 and over will receive FREE shipping with
UPS.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air rate tables below.
We will not refund shipping charges if
the customer's package is returned back to us due to address
problems. All address' are are copied and pasted directly from the
checkout process, so it is the customers responsibility to
correctly input their address in the checkout process. We do not manually input the address.

Orders submitted before 11am PST will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after
11am PST will be processed and shipped the next day. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday thru Friday).
Orders are given an estimated time of 5-7 business days unless the
shipping company itself has internal problems/delays, also
including holiday delays.
(3) Allure Image Enhancement, Inc.
will contact the customer(s) if their order(s) will be delayed
more than the 5-7 days estimated for shipping.

All orders are sent thru UPS (United Parcel Service).
(5) Damaged Goods
Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. is not responsible for
goods damaged during shipping. All problems with damaged goods
while the product is in transit to the customer is the customers
responsibility to contact the shipping agency. Allure Image
Enhancement, Inc. inspects all goods for damages, defects,
expiration dates, etc. before shipping to the customer to provide
quality products.
(6) Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air must be
placed before 10:30am PST on business days to be shipped out the
same day. If Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping is selected
after 10:30am PST, it will be shipped out the next business days.
No shipping on weekends. Shipping only on business days.

7) All products are defaulted at 1lb
each item. For Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, we will adjust the
price according to the real weight of the products (including
shipping materials). We have a package scale that weighs each
package (even on ground shipping) before we ship.
8)All shipping will have to be
a minimum of 1lb per shipment. Nothing below. We will round up the
weight to the nearest pound.
For Example: When you place and order
for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, our system will read each item as
1lb. You will then be PROCESSED for that amount. When we process
your order the next day, we will adjust the price according to the
weight of the package before we charge your credit/debit card.
(6) INTERNATIONAL Orders
We are able to ship internationally
with UPS. Customers outside of the U.S.A. will be charged the
real-time rates that UPS calculates to ship internationally. There is
no minimum purchase required for international orders. We inspect
all orders to before shipping internationally and orders will be
well packaged to insure that the customers order will arrive
safely. Shipping prices depend on package weight and dimensions
that UPS calculates. Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. is not liable
for any goods damaged during the shipping transit process. It is
the customer's responsibility to dispute the claim with UPS.
b). Return
policy:
(1) Return-Items
Items that have not been opened or
used at all may be returned back to us. A %15 restocking fee will be
applied to your return. All shipping charges of the return-item is
the customers responsibility. Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. will
not reimburse the shipping charges of return-item for any reason.
(2) Upon receipt of the returned item, the
customers credit card will be refunded back the amount minus 15%
in 2-4 days in which Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. issues the
credit. The credited amount may take more than the days quoted
depending on the customers banks procedures for processing
credits. This also applies to the cancellations of any orders.
(3)
An In-store credit will be given if the customer wishes to order
another product from AllureMD.com and will not be charged the %15
restocking fee. A coupon code will be issued by the network
administrator to the customer via E-mail. Coupons will include the
full amount the customer is entitled to, including the tax amount. The customer is still responsible for all shipping
charges back to Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. of the return item
if they choose the in-store credit.
(4) Cancellation of Order(s)
A cancellation of any orders before or after processing & shipment will be
charged a %15 cancellation fee. No exceptions. This fee also incurs even if the
amount has not yet been charged to the customers credit card at
the time the customer contacts Allure Image Enhancement, Inc.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to
Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. for the cancelled item. Allure
Image Enhancement, Inc. will refund the cancelled order minus the
%15 cancellation fee to the customer once the product(s) has been
returned into our office and is still in new condition.
4) Allergic Reactions / Skin Problems
Please contact us if you have any allergic reaction(s) to any of
the products purchased from us and we will assess the situation
case by case. We sell our products as is and products should not
be purchased or used without consultation from your dermatologist.
We assume no responsibility in any and all cases that produce
negative affects on our customers. We are merely a vendor and have
no detailed information on why you may have negative affects with
the products we sell. There are no guarantees for a full refund.
c). Backorders:
(1) Backorders do occur and we will
notify the customer of the backorder. The website will let the
customers know how long the backorder will be.
d).
Free Items, Coupons, & Gift Certificate codes:
(1) Coupons and gift certificates and
their values are issued by the network administrator. Depending on
the coupon/gift certificate promotions, the customer may only use
these codes once unless otherwise stated. Allure Image
Enhancement, Inc. documents all codes that are issued and records
all customers redeeming a coupon/gift certificate.
(2) If a customer inputs a code that is
only for one use two separate times, we have the right to deny the
purchase depending on the discrepancy of the network
administrator. If the order is denied, we will send an E-mail
explaining the reason why the order was denied.
(3) Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. also
documents all free items/promotions/giveaways. Rules and
conditions for these items/promotions/giveaways will be
posted on their designated pages.
(4) Free items/giveaways are based on
a limited supply and will be given out while supplies last. Free
items/giveaways are subject to change without notice.
(5) We reserve the right to cancel any
promotions and coupon codes anytime without any notice.
e).
Order Placement Procedure:
(1) Orders will be processed to the customers
credit card as soon as the information has been sent and reviewed
by our staff via our
online credit card validation system.
(2) We are part of Yahoo! Merchants.
